Return & Exchange Policy

At Skyler Eyes, customer satisfaction is a priority. We provide a clear and structured return procedure, in line with our quality standards.

Return eligibility conditions

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. To be accepted, the returned product must:

• be in strictly new condition, never worn or used;
• be kept in its complete original packaging, with all accessories and tags;
• show no signs of wear, dirt or alteration.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are calculated based on the country.

Refund procedure

Upon receipt of the parcel, each item is carefully inspected by our team. The refund will only be approved once our experts have confirmed that the product meets the conditions listed above. The refund will then be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
