SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing and dispatch times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping methods and delivery times

• Free shipping: via Colissimo for France, and via various carriers depending on your postcode for other countries.

• Delivery time: estimated at 10 to 12 business days.

3. Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to customers 2 to 3 days after their order. It can be used directly on our store to follow the progress of the parcel.

4. Changes
You have 24 hours from the order confirmation to request a change to your order. If this period has passed and the order has already been prepared and shipped, no change or return can be accepted.
